Andrea Wilson

Andrea Wilson is Michter’s Chief Operating Officer and Master of Maturation, responsible for barrel specifications, barrel procurement, heat cycling, temperature monitoring, whiskey filtration, and maturation innovation at the Louisville-based distillery. She has joined the company in 2014 after more than a decade with Diageo in whiskey-related leadership roles, including Director of Distillation and Maturation, North America, and Director of Whiskey Strategy for North American operations. She has also been recognized as the first woman to chair the Kentucky Distillers’ Association and as a Kentucky Bourbon Hall of Fame honoree.
