Andreas Döllerer

Andreas Döllerer is the chef and proprietor of Döllerer's Wirtshaus and Genießerrestaurant in Golling an der Salzach, Salzburg, Austria, where he pioneered 'Cuisine Alpine,' blending traditional Alpine recipes with modern techniques and regional products. His restaurant has earned 2 Michelin stars, 5 GaultMillau toques with 19 points, and recognition as Austria's best restaurant by A la Carte with 99/100 points. Named Chef of the Year multiple times, including by GaultMillau, Falstaff, and others up to 2021, he trained at the Hotel Management School in Bad Hofgastein and worked with Dieter Müller in Germany and at La Taverna in Italy.
