i. Biography
Andrew Baldwin is Penfolds’ Red Winemaker and has worked at Penfolds since 1988, initially joining as a cellar supervisor before moving into red winemaking in 1991. Penfolds says he is responsible for honoring the house’s winemaking traditions while also helping shape its future, and it notes that since 2017 he has also traveled to Napa Valley to develop Penfolds’ Californian range.
