Anna Köpke is the Küchenchefin of the Schlosskeller restaurant at Schlosshotel Münchhausen in Aerzen, Germany. A 2025 industry report says she has overall kitchen responsibility for the hotel and that the Schlosskeller continues under her direction with German classics and international influences using regional, seasonal ingredients.
