i. Biography
Anne-Laure Borras is the winemaker and oenologist at Domaine le Nouveau Monde in Vendres Plage, near Béziers in the Languedoc. She and Sébastien Borras have run the 20-hectare family estate since 2003, and the domaine has been certified organic since 2020. In 2022, Anne-Laure and Sébastien Borras were named Guide Hachette des Vins Vignerons of the Year for the Languedoc, with Anne-Laure recognized as the estate’s oenologist.
