i. Biography
Antonis Avouri is a Cypriot chef currently working as sous chef at MoSuke, the Michelin-starred Paris restaurant led by Mory Sacko. In October 2024, he won the France regional title of the S.Pellegrino Young Chef Academy competition and was selected to represent French cuisine at the 2025 grand final in Milan. He is living and working in Paris at MoSuke, where he gained prominence through that competition.
