Benoît Dewitte is a Belgian chef and co-owner of the Michelin-starred restaurant Benoit en Bernard Dewitte in Ouwegem (Kruisem), Belgium. After honing his culinary craft in southern France at establishments such as Alain Ducasse's La Bastide de Moustiers, he partnered with his brother Bernard to open their restaurant in 2001. The dining room was awarded its first Michelin star and is celebrated for its minimalist, vegetable-forward fine dining.
