i. Biography
Bojan Baša is a Serbian winemaker and founder of Baša Vino in Sremski Karlovci, within the Fruška Gora appellation in Vojvodina, Serbia. He is a former corporate banker/economist who planted his first vineyard in 2010 and built a small estate focused on skin-contact/orange wines, including Pinot Grigio, Tamjanika, Furmint, and Morava. He is associated with a natural, minimal-intervention style and has gained recognition as part of Serbia’s newer generation of Fruška Gora producers.
