Brendan O’Connor

Brendan O’Connor is the General Manager of Adare Manor in County Limerick, Ireland, and has led the property since 2020 after joining the resort in 2015 as Director of Food and Beverage. His hospitality career spans more than 21 years in global luxury hotels, including senior roles at Ritz-Carlton Grand Cayman, Sheen Falls Hotel in Kerry, and Waldorf Astoria New York, and he has also held senior hospitality leadership roles during Summer and Winter Olympic Games.
