Camille de Haro

Camille de Haro is the General Manager at Cariño in Chicago, where she joined the opening team in 2023 and moved into management in a front-of-house role before being promoted to general manager in 2025. She is a Certified Sommelier; its team profile also says she was born in Madrid, raised in Boston, and worked in her family’s tapas restaurant Taberna de Haro before hospitality roles at Menton, Acadia, Entente, Elske, and Smyth. Under her leadership, Cariño earned its first MICHELIN star within its first year.
