Brent McKoy

Brent McKoy is the Head Winemaker at Gary Farrell Winery in the Russian River Valley, where he leads the winery’s Pinot Noir and Chardonnay program and oversees winemaking from grape to bottle. He joined Gary Farrell Winery in 2005, working directly with founder Gary Farrell, and later advanced through roles including cellar foreman and cellar master before being appointed Head Winemaker in 2023/2024. He is a hands-on winemaker shaped by a vineyard-driven philosophy, and he is originally from the North Carolina coast.
