i. Biography
Bruno Ménager is the chef de cuisine at Le Procope in Paris’s 6th arrondissement, the historic café-restaurant on rue de l’Ancienne Comédie. A 2014 profile reported that he had been hired to improve the kitchen at Le Procope and that he had previously trained at Delaveyne’s Camélia in Bougival before moving on to Devez.
