Campbell Moore is the beverage director at Locust in Nashville, where he took over the beverage program in 2024 after previously working there as a sommelier and server. StarChefs reports that he also became a partner at Lou and served as beverage director there before returning to Locust, and that he later reimagined Locust’s wine list around French and natural-leaning wines with an emphasis on approachability and food pairing.
