Trevor Moran is an Irish chef who became the executive chef of The Catbird Seat in Nashville in January 2014 after arriving in the city in 2013. He later opened Locust in Nashville’s 12South neighborhood in October 2020, and the restaurant is described as his first solo restaurant and as chef-and-partner led with Strategic Hospitality.
