Captain Habib Karam is the founder and winemaker of Karam Wines in Jezzine, Southern Lebanon, which he established in 2002 after a career as an airline captain. Karam Wines is the first winery in Southern Lebanon, and Karam helped pioneer grape growing and winemaking in that region.
