Caroline Lestimé has run Domaine Jean-Noël Gagnard in Chassagne-Montrachet since 1989, taking over the family estate from her father, Jean-Noël Gagnard. She is the winemaker and manager behind the domaine’s evolution toward organic viticulture, with full control of vineyard, cellar, and office functions. Her work has focused on expanding and refining the estate’s Chassagne-Montrachet and Hautes-Côtes de Beaune holdings.
