Chris Lee is the head bartender at Realm of the 52 Remedies in San Diego’s Convoy District, where he helps curate the bar’s cocktail program and seasonal menus. He has described his approach as detail-driven, rooted in flavor memory, guest interaction, and theatrical cocktail presentation, with inspiration drawn from Seoul’s Bar Old Fashioned and a Vietnam-inspired coffee cocktail called the Saigon Dreamer.
