Christian Moueix

Christian Moueix is a French wine producer and vigneron best known as founder and owner of Dominus Estate in Yountville, Napa Valley, which he established in 1983 after first discovering the Napanook vineyard in 1981. He is also tied to the Moueix family’s Bordeaux properties and has overseen the family’s wine interests while serving as president of Établissements Jean-Pierre Moueix since 1991. Dominus Estate describes his philosophy as one centered on long-term vineyard vitality and uncompromising quality for future generations.
