Claus-Peter Lumpp

Claus-Peter Lumpp is the chef de cuisine at Restaurant Bareiss in Baiersbronn-Mitteltal, Germany, where he has led the kitchen since March 1992. The restaurant has held three Michelin stars under his leadership. He was trained in the region and later broadened his experience at other European kitchens before returning to Bareiss, where he has remained closely identified with the house for decades.
