Clément Dumont is the chef and owner of Arbore & Sens in Loches, France, where he opened his own restaurant on 16 July 2020 and earned a first Michelin star in early 2023. He was born in Saumur in 1995 and grew up in Chinon, in the Centre-Val de Loire region; his restaurant was also recognized with the Grand Prix du Public at TheFork Awards 2021. He is also listed as chef at Brutø in Denver, though the available source set does not confirm whether that role is current or former.
