Conrado Rivera is a co-founder and co-owner of Komal, the masa-centric restaurant and craft molino at Mercado La Paloma in Los Angeles’s South Central neighborhood. He and Fátima Juárez launched Komal after working on the Holbox team, and coverage describes the venture as their first restaurant ownership. Komal opened in 2024 at 3655 S.
