Curtis Stone is an Australian chef, restaurateur, author, and television personality from Melbourne who is the chef behind Gwen Butcher Shop & Restaurant in Hollywood and Maude in Beverly Hills. Gwen’s official site identifies it as a restaurant by Curtis Stone, and his official site describes him as a Michelin-starred chef who trained under Marco Pierre White in Europe before opening acclaimed restaurants in Los Angeles. He is also credited by his official site as the author of six cookbooks and the creator of a kitchen product range sold through HSN.
