Daniel Son is the chef-owner of Sushi Sonagi, an eight-seat omakase restaurant in Gardena, California, where the menu highlights Japanese, Korean, and California influences. He is a second-generation sushi chef. Sushi Sonagi represents a new chapter after his family’s long-running West Hollywood restaurant, Kura Sushi, closed.
