Daniele Galliazzo is the chef at Londra Palace Venezia, where he leads the hotel’s dining program and LPV Ristorante in Venice. Official hotel materials describe him as a Treviso native whose cooking centers on Venetian tradition, especially dishes such as scampi in saor, interpreted as a cultural journey between East and West. Industry coverage says he became executive chef at the Londra Palace Venezia in 2022 and oversees both the hotel’s culinary offer and LPV Ristorante.
