Danielle Schoeman

Danielle Schoeman is a South African founder and master distiller based in Cape Town who established Doña Distillery in 2019 and later launched Mahala Botanical as a no- and low-alcohol spirits brand. She is cape Town-born and bred, and one of South Africa’s youngest female master distillers; her company produces spirits in Cape Town using custom-built vacuum stills and local botanicals.
