Darryl Bell is the executive chef and co-owner of Stateline Road Smokehouse in Napa’s Rail Arts District, where the restaurant opened in 2024 in a restored Quonset hut. He brings his Kansas City upbringing and fine-dining background to the project, and the venue’s about page says he built his career in respected kitchens including Bouchon Bistro, Alinea, Etoile, and PRESS. He was named a James Beard Foundation Best Chef: California semifinalist.
