i. Biography
David Osenbach directs the wine program at Providence in Los Angeles. Trained first in music composition and orchestral conducting at Oberlin, he later attended the Culinary Institute of America and led beverage programs at Röckenwagner, Zax and Josie before joining Providence in fall 2015; he is Court of Master Sommeliers certified and an Advanced Specialist in Wine.
