David Osenbach

David Osenbach is the wine director at Providence in Los Angeles, where he has led the restaurant’s wine program since joining in fall 2015. Wine Spectator profiled him in 2024, noting that Providence’s wine list expanded to an 800-bottle selection after his arrival and that he previously worked in beverage and general management roles before joining Providence. Earlier in his career, he studied music composition and conducting at Oberlin Conservatory, then later attended the Culinary Institute of America before moving into restaurant and wine leadership in Los Angeles.
