Salerno-born Donato Poto is co-owner, general manager and front-of-house leader of Providence in Los Angeles. He developed his hospitality career in Italy, France and at sea before holding management roles at Primi, Valentino, Water Grill and Bastide; after reconnecting with Michael Cimarusti in 2004, the pair opened Providence the following year.
