David Rocha

David Rocha is a Mexico City-born bartender and co-founder of Form + Matter in Roma Norte. Across more than thirteen years in hospitality, he contributed to the drinks programmes at Luciferina, Pata Negra and Brujas and spent four years as head bartender at Handshake Speakeasy. He founded Form + Matter with José Olivas and Po Tsai as a hospitality-led cocktail laboratory built around experimentation, low-waste techniques and purpose-designed workstations.
