David S. Haick

David S. Haick is the Executive Chef at The Lodge at Glendorn in Bradford, Pennsylvania, where he has led the property’s culinary program since November 2020. He is a Buffalo, New York native with more than two decades of culinary experience, a bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Administration from SUNY Buffalo, and an associate degree from the Culinary Institute of America. His cooking at Glendorn is centered on farm-to-table menus built on classical technique, seasonal ingredients, and daily menu changes, with cooking classes and a chef’s garden as part of the guest experience.
