Desiree Jane Silva

Desiree Jane Silva is a Singapore-based hospitality professional and co-founder of Sago House, the Chinatown bar launched during Singapore’s 2020 lockdown and later recognized by Asia’s 50 Best Bars and The World’s 50 Best Bars. She previously worked at 28 HongKong Street and EC Proof before opening Sago House with Jay Gray and Abhishek C George. She is also associated with the later openings Low Tide, Ghostwriter, and Underdog Inn through the Sago House group.
