Jay Gray is a British cocktail professional and co-founder of Sago House in Singapore, which he opened with Desiree Jane Silva and Abhishek C George during the COVID-19 period. He later led or co-led the Sago House group’s related concepts, including Low Tide, Ghostwriter, Underdog Inn, and Kes-Sho, and was described in 2024 as the former CEO who stepped back from day-to-day leadership after taking the business as far as he could.
