i. Biography
Dharam Raj is the Sous Chef at Republic at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. He began his culinary career there in 2008 as a line cook, was promoted to Demi Chef within five years, and then to Chef de Partie in 2014 before becoming Sous Chef overseeing culinary operations and menu development.
