i. Biography
Jun Gyu is a South Korean bartender and mixologist based at Republic, located within The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore. After pursuing hospitality studies in Malaysia and language studies in China, he joined The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore in 2023 as an in-room dining server before moving behind the bar. He earned second place at the 2025 Marriott International APEC Rising Star competition with his signature sustainable cocktail, Caramboleh.
