Didier Depond is President of Champagne Salon and Champagne Delamotte. Salon's current first-party site distinguishes his executive leadership from the cellar role held by Michel Fauconnet, the Laurent-Perrier group's Cellar Master and Production Manager. Depond has led the two Le Mesnil-sur-Oger houses since 1997 after an earlier career at Champagne Laurent-Perrier.
