Doron Rav Hon is the winemaker and co-owner of Sphera Winery in Givat Yeshayahu, Israel, a boutique winery dedicated exclusively to white wines. Doron studied viticulture in Burgundy, completed an apprenticeship at Domaine Jacques Prieur, and specialized in sparkling wines in Champagne. Multiple sources also note that he founded Sphera with his wife Sima Rav Hon in 2012 and previously served as winemaker at Ella Valley Vineyards.
