i. Biography
Doron Rav Hon is the winemaker and co-owner of Sphera Winery in Givat Yeshayahu, Israel, a boutique winery dedicated exclusively to white wines. Doron studied viticulture in Burgundy, completed an apprenticeship at Domaine Jacques Prieur, and specialized in sparkling wines in Champagne.
