Portrait of Dr. Fadi Gerges
i. Biography
Dr. Fadi Gerges is the founder of Château Cana in Ras El Harf, Mount Lebanon, a winery he built on abandoned land after the Lebanese civil war. He is a dentist-turned-winemaker who revitalized village vineyards and, over more than 20 years of winemaking, helped bring families back to the region.
