Edgar Núñez Magaña is a Mexican chef from Mexico City known for his “cocina vegetal mexicana” at Sud 777, the restaurant he opened in 2008 in Jardines del Pedregal, Mexico City. He is the chef behind Sud 777, and the restaurant has been part of the southern Mexico City dining scene since its opening.
