Elysé Brigandat

Elysé Brigandat is a French Champagne cellar master and winemaker from Troyes, with roots in the Côte des Bar. He served as chef de caves at Champagne Drappier in Urville from February 2020 to June 2023, where the house says he worked with the Drappier family on blending and cuvée expression, and he later became cellar master at Champagne Valentin Leflaive in June 2023. A trade-profile published in 2026 also states that he trained in viticulture and oenology, completed internships at Louis Jadot, Yabby Lake, the Comité Champagne, and Mouton-Rothschild, and came from a family connected to Champagne through Domaine Pierre Brigandat in Channes.
