This is all natural.” At Jasper Hill in Heathcote, Australia, her work is centered on Shiraz and other site-driven wines from the estate. Raised from the age of five on the vineyard, McNally came up close to grape growing and winemaking through her father’s focus on both. As she puts it: “I was raised from the age of five on the vineyard at Jasper Hill, so not quite born into it, but it’s certainly in my blood. My father’s enthusiasm for grape growing and wine was quite infectious.”
