Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy

Emmanuel Houillon-Overnoy is a winemaker in Pupillin, Jura, associated with Maison Pierre Overnoy, where he began as an apprentice and later took over the estate in 2001. He is pierre Overnoy’s adopted son and successor, continuing the domaine’s natural-wine, minimal-intervention approach alongside his wife Anne.
