Eric Fralick is the owner and executive chef of Kinjo in Tampa, where the team describes the restaurant as offering Japanese-Italian fusion. He is the chef and co-owner behind Koya and Noble Rice in Tampa, and those restaurants are linked to a omakase concept and a modern Japanese/sushi concept, respectively.
