i. Biography
Éric Rodez is the eighth generation of his family to grow vines in Ambonnay. He began moving the estate to organic methods in the 1990s; Champagne Rodez has been certified organic since 2012 and Demeter biodynamic since 2015. He now runs the house with his wife Martine and their son Mickaël, who has taken on the winemaking.
