i. Biography
Erwann Lance is the chef-owner of Le Petit Cornichon in Marrakech’s Guéliz district, a bistronomic restaurant at 27 Rue Moulay Ali that has been highlighted by The World’s 50 Best and La Liste. He is a Marrakech local who trained under chef Michel Rostang and worked with Yannick Alléno at Royal Mansour Marrakech before opening Le Petit Cornichon in 2016.
