Étienne-Arnaud Dopff is the current director and head of the family business at Domaine Dopff Au Moulin in Riquewihr, Alsace, where the house says he leads the company’s response to climate change, viticulture change, and excellence in wines and crémants. He is part of the 13th generation continuing the family estate founded in 1574, and secondary Etienne-Arnaud Dopff is the owner/general manager of the winery.
