Eugénie Béziat is a French chef and the Executive Chef of Espadon at the Ritz Paris. Born in Gabon and raised across West and Central Africa, she completed her culinary training under masters including Michel Guérard and Michel Sarran. After earning a Michelin star at La Flibuste, she took the helm at Espadon in 2023, where she was awarded a Michelin star.
