i. Biography
Evan Noh is the Seoul-based owner-bartender and co-founder of GONG GAN, a bar opened in 2021 that reinterprets Korean culture through cocktails and space. He began his career at Charles H at the Four Seasons Hotel Seoul and later served as a brand ambassador for Monin Korea from 2023 to 2024. He is woo Hyeon Noh, but the most consistent public references use Evan Noh in connection with GONG GAN.
