Fabio Trabocchi is an Italian chef and restaurateur based in Washington, D.C., and the founder and owner of Fabio Trabocchi Restaurants. He grew up in Le Marche, Italy, studied at Istituto Alberghiero Panzine in Senigallia, and opened Fiola in downtown Washington, D.C., in 2011; the restaurant earned its first Michelin star in 2018 and has retained Michelin recognition in subsequent years. His group also includes Fiola Mare and Sfoglina pasta houses in the D.C. metro area.
