Fabrice Andre Laslo Rosso is a French-born executive chef leading the kitchen at IDAM by Alain Ducasse inside the Museum of Islamic Art in Doha, Qatar. Born in Nice, France, he trained across European kitchens under chefs Joël Robuchon, Yannick Alléno, Jacob Jan Boerma, and Ronan Kervarrec. Under his culinary leadership, IDAM by Alain Ducasse.
