Federico Cerelli is an Italian winemaker and wine consultant working with Bindi Sergardi and Castello di Gabbiano in Chianti Classico. He joined Castello di Gabbiano in 2011 after a decade of experience at prominent Italian wineries, and Bindi Sergardi’s current team also identifies him as one of its winemakers.
